Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Australia for all orders above $100.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Some items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized or custom-made products, or items that have been opened or used. Please refer to our full return policy for more information on ineligible items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or filling in the form. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package and send back the item.

If you are returning the item due to an error on our part (e.g. defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
